These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DroneReady Academy (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use the Service

DroneReady Academy is designed for students, parents, educators, and schools. You must be at least 13 years old to create your own account, or you must use an account created and supervised by a parent, teacher, or school.

2. Accounts and security

• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share your account.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with the platform, other users, or our infrastructure.
• Copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer lessons, simulators, or other content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a school.

4. Content and intellectual property

All lessons, simulations, graphics, text, and software are owned by VRSatile Education and Design or its licensors. You may use them only for personal or classroom use within the Service. You may not redistribute, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid plan. Fees are described on our Pricing page. Payments are handled securely through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; refunds are provided only where required by law.

6. Disclaimer

DroneReady Academy teaches concepts and skills through simulation. Completion certificates and badges are not FAA or government certifications. Always follow local laws and safety guidelines when operating real drones.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRSatile Education and Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
